Meet Your Business Coach

Cindi founded Englefield Business Advisors, LLC to focus on helping small business owners startup, grow, right-size, and/or prepare to sell their business. She founded and owned an educational publishing business for over 20 years and ultimately sold that business in 2011. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and majored in Marketing. Her passion is for tackling the challenges of business and looking for the opportunities to succeed and grow. She attributes her own success to being a member of organizations like the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO.) and to the many business friends, family and advisors she had over the years. Cindi believes in philanthropy and "paying it forward," therefore she sits on the board of the Women's Small Business Accelerator that has programs for women business owners from start-up and growth stages of business. She is co-founder and founding member of the Accelerating Angels investment group and co-manager of the Accelerating Angels Fund, Cindi enjoys investing in women-owned businesses, high growth businesses preparing to sell. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, fishing, reading, arts and crafts, hiking, and horseback riding. Cindi and Dave live in Dublin, Ohio to be close to their five children. She adores all 8 of her grandchildren and the time she gets to spend with numerous BFFs. Cindi spends most of the winter months with Dave and their yellow Lab, Zelda, in Scottsdale, Arizona and works from there until Ohio warms up!
